根据江苏省教育厅《留学江苏政府留学奖学金管理办法》（苏财教〔2019〕94号）通知精神，江苏省政府设立了留学江苏政府优秀学生奖学金，用于奖励知华友华、品学兼优的在籍外国留学生。现将该奖学金项目评选通知如下：
一、申请对象及名额
二年级(含)以上的在籍外国学历生（延期毕业的学生除外）；
推荐名额：7名
二、奖励标准
奖励奖学金一次性发放,金额10000元人民币。
三、申请材料要求
凡申请本奖学金者，需提供以下材料：
1.留学江苏政府优秀学生奖学金申请表（需提交Excel电子表格，见附件1）；
2.在学期间完整学习成绩单；
3.汉语水平考试(HSK)证书复印件（如有）；
4.其他材料（纸质材料请提供扫描件，注：须在在校学习期间）：
1) 发表文章（仅限第一作者）检索证明或录用通知（仅限第一作者）（其他材料不予考虑）或参与发表著作章节的证明材料；
2) 获得省级、国家级奖项或专利证书；
3) 获得的其他奖项证书；
4）参加各项文体活动或社会实践活动证明（照片、证书等）。
5. 优秀学生奖学金推荐意见表（见附件2，申请者由班主任签字推荐，报国际教育学院学生管理科审核，并报国际教育学院审批）
提交格式要求：
请将三个文件打包为ZIP格式（不超过5M）：
1.申请表EXCEL格式（材料1）
2.其他文件放入一个PDF文档（材料2-4）
4.优秀学生奖学金推荐意见表PDF格式（材料5）
请将打包好的文件发送至jiangmingming@maticadesign.com，邮件名和文件名均为“学号+中文名”。
四、评选流程
采取“个人申请、学院推荐、学校审核、校内公示”的工作流程确定推荐人选，具体流程如下：
1.有意申请本奖学金的学生，本人应如实填写《留学江苏政府优秀留学生奖学金申请表》；
2.在2021年12月22日17：00前发送邮件至jiangmingming@maticadesign.com 提交相关申请材料；
3.根据学院意见，专家进行评审，确定七名为推荐名单并进行校内公示。

Notification of 2021 Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship for the Distinguished International Students
According to the notice from Jiangsu Provincial Government, the Distinguished Scholarship is set up for International Students to award international students who are friendly to China and excel in overall performance. This scholarship is now open for application.
I. Applicant Eligibility & Scholarship Quota
International students who are studying in the 2nd year or above. In 2021, the college can recommend 7 candidates. Students whose study period has been extended cannot apply.
II. Scholarship Standard
The scholarship offers one-time reward: RMB 10000.
III. Application Documents/Materials Requirement
Materials List：
No.1. Jiangsu Provincial Government Distinguished Scholarship for International Students Application Form (please submit in Excel format, see attachment I);
No.2. The complete academic transcript during the whole study period;
No.3. Scanned copy of HSK certificate (if any);
No.4. Other supporting materials (note: MUST be received within present degree study period):
1) Certificate for paper publication (first author only) and retrieval, paper acceptance (first author only) notification (other documents are not accepted as supporting materials) or proof of participation in the publication of book chapters;
2) Certificate for national and provincial award or patent;
3) Certificate for other kinds of awards;
4) Participation for university events /social practices in China (photos, certificates etc.).
No.5. Recommendation Form of Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship for the Distinguished International Students. (See attachment II) filled by head teacher from your major college, with the approval signature from the International Student Affairs Office and the stamp from School of International Education.
Application Requirement:
When submitting application, please put three files in ONE compressed ZIP file (No bigger than 5 MB):
1. The filled Application form in EXCEL file(No.1).
2. All the other required documents in ONE PDF file(No.2-4).
4. Recommendation Form in PDF file (No.5)
Please send email to jiangmingming@maticadesign.com, and the Email name and ZIP file name should all be your “Student ID+ Chinese Name”.
IV. Selection Procedure
The college will adopt the process of individual application, school recommendation, college review and public review to determine the recommended candidates. The detailed procedure is as follows：
1. The student needs to honestly fill in the Jiangsu Provincial Government Distinguished Scholarship for International Students Application Form;
2. The student needs to submit all the required documents to jiangmingming@maticadesign.com before 17:00 Dec. 22, 2021;
3. Based on the result of the comments from the expert committee, the college will determine the initially selected candidates who will be posted for public review.
